Mortgage Guarentee Scheme

The scheme was launched 3 months early in October 2013 to try and help thousands of people to buy their own home. The Government have committed to £12 billion pounds of guarantees which will fund approximately £230 billion of lending and the scheme is due to remain in place for 3 years.

  • Available for any property up to £600,000
  • First Time buyers, Home Movers and Remortgages
  • Repayment Mortgage only
  • Not available for Investment e.g Buy To Let
  • Specialist rates Available

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
